CROs, Sponsors nominated for Society for Clinical Research Sites award

The Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) has announced the finalists for the 2016 SCRS Eagle Award - an award recognizing the clinical research profession.

Sponsor and CRO finalists for the SCRS Eagle Award were selected from those companies nominated by the SCRS members and were in the 75th percentile of nominations​,” Christine Pierre, President, Society for Clinical Research Sites, told Outsourcing-Pharma.com.

A structured set of performance criteria is used to vote for the nominees representing a strong partnership with the sites. The finalist are determined by voting by all sites, those that are SCRS members and those that are not​.”

  • Target Health

  • GlaxoSmithKline
  • Merck

The award will be presented during the Global Site Solutions Summit, October 15, 2016.

According to the SCRS, the Eagle Award recognizes “outstanding leadership, professionalism, integrity, and dedication to advancing the clinical research profession through a strong site partnership​.”
