CROS NT has acquired PM Clinical Limited’s clinical division in order to offer clients a “full and broad range services,” says CCO.

PM Clinical Limited is a sister company under the PM Holding entity currently based in the United Kingdom and Italy.

With the acquisition, the contract research organization (CRO), CROS NT, expands its offerings to include regulatory consultancy, study design, feasibility, clinical project management and monitoring.

Chris Hamilton, Chief Commercial Officer at CROS NT, told us the addition allows the company to offer a broader range of services to its clients.

We found that clients were looking at various outsourcing options, including the ability for full service, and therefore we brought in an expert clinical and regulatory team to complete this picture,” he said.

CROS NT has now integrated its clinical and regulatory team into its already existing team of biometrics experts.”

Hamilton explained all of these services are now provided under the umbrella of CROS NT and can be offered through various outsourcing models, including Functional Service Provision (FSP), full service, or case-by-case consultancy.

As per future acquisitions, Hamilton said the company is “always open” to M&A opportunities to expand its business, adding that it has grown the company in the past with this strategy.

At the moment CROS NT is evaluating future geographic growth after recently opening an office in India as well as new technological platforms for clinical data visualization,” he explained.
