Cetero Research has hired a new management team and rebranded after finalisation of its takeover by an investor group.
Freeman Investors closed the deal yesterday and rebranded the CRO (contract research organisation) as PRACS Institute, the name of a Fargo-based firm acquired to create Cetero in 2006. The owners have also changed the management team, replacing the CEO and chief financial officer.
Incoming CEO James Carlson said: “We have a lot of work ahead of us, and we look forward to strengthening our organization and integrating service offerings.” Carlson founded the original PRACS Institute. Cetero will also relocate its headquarter to the old PRACS centre in Fargo.
