The privately-owned contract research organisation (CRO) reported 45 per cent sales growth and said that establishing new operations in 17 countries had helped it win contracts with Big Pharma and beat the trend of cancellations and delays that hit others in the sector.
CEO Rabinder Buttar cited the opening of a new office in Cairo, Egypt in October as one of the particular highlights of ClinTec’s year.
Dr Buttar explained that: “Apart from providing our global pharmaceutical associates with access to new patient populations, ClinTec Cairo cements our reputation as the major CRO in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).”
