Under the deal Vetter will provide sterile filling services from its recently opened facility in Chicago, US with Sentry taking responsibility for labelling, packaging and shipping the materials from its base in Indianapolis.
Vetter and Sentry will target the rapidly expanding high-value biologic drug development sector, where products are particularly susceptible to temperature changes and hence delivery delays.
They suggested that their respective central US locations will enable “rapid response to industry needs and accessibility to clients across North America.”
