Contract research organisation INC Research has appointed two senior executives to its oncology team.
Asli Turkes becomes VP, clinical development and oncology, while Susan Timoney joins the company as Executive Director, clinical development and oncology.
Turkes is experienced in developing drugs from preclinical to Phase IV stages and beyond, having helped develop an orphan drug for Gaucher’s disease, and a monoclonal antibody class drug for breast cancer.
Timoney is a specialist in the research of solid and haematological tumours. For the last two years, she has led a company-wide initiative to transform project delivery at Quintiles.
Turkes will be based in INC's office in Camberley, while Timoney will work at its Scottish labs.
