The CRO JSS Medical Research will use EnduraData’s cloud tool to synchronize medical research data between servers in Canada and Colombia, South America.

JSS Medical Research Inc is a Montreal, Canada-based contract research organization (CRO) has operations in Bogota, Columbia and Haryana, India, set up through a series of acquisitions.

The firm offers clinical trial management services from study design to publication of results, in Phase I-IV trials across a broad range of therapeutic areas.

The EDpCloud software by Minnesota, US-based EnduraData therefore enables the CRO to move, sync and backup data automatically and securely between its international servers.

According to JSS, the firm has processed data from over 400,000 patients processed at more than 8,000 sites in the last 5 years.

Titus Tucan, Sr. Network administrator at JSS explained: "EDpCloud synchronized data between our main office in Canada and our office in Bogota in a fraction of time of the other solutions we were trying to use before," in a statement.

JSS declined to comment further.
