Contract research organisation (CRO) Catalent has appointed Tadahiro Matsumura as Country Leader of its Japan business.
Matsumura will be based in Catalent’s Tokyo office and will have responsibility for driving growth in Japan and the surrounding region. He brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, product development and manufacturing, having begun his career at Procter & Gamble Healthcare, followed by stints at Wella and Johnson & Johnson.
Catalent announced this week a major expansion to its facilities in Kakegawa, Japan.
