Quintiles to lay off 27 New York employees
The closure announcement did not reveal why the closure was occurring now, though the company told local news that the layoffs and closure were part of restructuring plans.
The layoffs will begin Dec. 23 and continue through the end of the year.
The move comes as Quintiles continues looking to take advantage of mid-sized biopharma partners.
