Dale Canning, CEO of Premier Technical, believes “there is significant pent up demand for learning solutions that are in-step with industry technology, and the speed at which it is evolving”.
The companies believe that by merging they will have the capabilities to capitalise on this growth opportunity. Following the merger the company will have management additions as well as Premier’s 15 full time associates.
It is expected that the merger will occur on October 1st.
