SGS believes the pharma contract testing market is growing at 10-15 per cent a year. To meet this demand the company is opening a new facility in Toronto, Canada that will cover 46,000 square feet, triple the size of the existing site.
Furthermore, SGS is moving to a new site in Illinois, US that is double the size of its existing facility in the state. By expanding at these two sites SGS will be able to offer increased testing services for biologics and more stability studies.
