The Texan firm sequenced the genomes of humanpapilloma virus (HPV) strains isolated during trials of the Cervista HPV High Risk and 16/18 diagnostic kits and provided bioinformatic and validation support.
CEO Fei Lu congratulated Hologic and said that "[SeqWright] are proud of the work we performed in support of their efforts."
SeqWright has provided services for previous trials of Hologic products, including the development of a clinical trial decision tree algorithm that the latter firm used to streamline its study programme.
