The acquisition, financial details of which have not been disclosed, includes the DRx production facility Lake Forest, Illinois, US, which DSI says will allow it to offer a better service to clients.
DSI has now made two acquisitions in the past year, which it believes has helped it become “one of the largest and fastest growing companies in the industry”.
Guy Bryant, DSI’s Chairman and CEO, added: “This acquisition provides DSI with the operational platform to expand business in the point of care, government, and contract packaging segments, while also immediately doubling our physician market presence.”
