An individual investor has bought Florida-based CRO Crystal3 Labs and changed the name of the company.

Having been bought by Vithalbhai Dhaduk, a neurologist who has founded several biotechs, Crystal3 Labs has changed its name to Global Pharma Analytics. The contract research organisation (CRO) hopes to benefit from Dhaduk’s links to the biotech industry.

Our name change reflects our increased investment in developing CRO services to meet the needs of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies conducting research around the world”, Satish Chandran, CEO of Global Pharma Analytics, said.

Global Pharma Analytics employs six people at its site in Boca Raton, Florida.
