US CMO Advanced Bioscience Laboratories (ABL) has bought French immunogenicity services firm Platine Pharma citing additional global reach as the driver for the deal.

The acquisition – financial terms of which were not disclosed – will add Platine’s laboratory in Lyon which provides services for the biopharmaceuticals, food and cosmetics industries to ABLs network.
