The non-exclusive co-marketing agreement draws on the respective strengths of US-based Caliper Discovery Alliances & Services (CDAS), a division of Caliper Life Sciences, and France-based Prestwick Chemical.
Since 2004 the companies have collaborated to develop efficient processes for outsourced research and the expansion of this relationship will build on this earlier work.
Companies outsourcing to the partners will have access to CDAS’ in vitro and in vivo research as well as Prestwick’s capacity for medicinal chemistry for hit discovery and validation through to lead expansion and optimisation.
