Two of Icon’s bioanalytical facilities in Manchester have been granted good clinical practice (GCP) and good laboratory practice (GLP) accreditation by the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
The third laboratory, which is in Singapore, was presented with a level 1 certificate of traceability by officials from the country’s National Glycohemoglobin Standardisation Program (NGSP).
Icon said that the Singapore lab will be integrated into its network of NGSP certified testing facilities in the India, the US and Ireland.
