The first will be a high throughput single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping service that uses a semi-automated approach based on miniaturised, fluorescent assays and will be aimed at both the research and clinical market sectors, said the firm.
The next two offerings will involve enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and 2-D/3-D gel electrophoresis technologies.
"The ELISA services will be of particular interest to companies who are developing regulatory compliant preclinical toxicological studies, phase I-III bio-analytical and pharmacokinetic studies and ICH stability studies for large molecule bio-pharmaceuticals", said Tepnel.
"The ELISA technology will provide a marked increase in the level of sensitivity required for biopharmaceutical drug products and will also provide support for biomarker identification, elucidation and anti-drug information".
The fourth will be a new immunoassay development service that will offer the development of regulatory compliant monoclonal and polyclonal bioassays that can be routinely used to support preclinical and clinical studies.
Tepnel said it plans to launch the new services at this year's International Contract Services Expo (ICSE), which will be held in Milan, Italy, in October. Outsourcing-Pharma.com will also be present at the show.
