Under the reciprocal agreement, >In2Focus' range of data analysis technologies and pharmaceutical sales force tools, such as CyPha and Actis, are being marketed in Canada and North America for the first time. In return, >IsaiX's e-learning software and services for pharmaceutical sales rep training are now being promoted in Europe.
"This alliance with IsaiX presents an exciting opportunity for both companies to expand into new geographical areas," said Charles Roots, managing director, In2Focus.
CyPha is a unique data analysis tool, used by 10 of the top 15 pharmaceutical companies in the UK to measure current business information performance and provide advice on deploying existing sales resources more efficiently.
The software allows its user to perform database analysis in a much faster manner than traditional methods that excel-based methods. A function that would previously have taken two days to perform using excel can now be performed in just one hour, Roots told www.Outsourcing-pharma.com.
"Using this technology, companies can streamline the way they handle data management and review their sales performance," he said.
Although many larger drug companies opt to buy this software to run in-house, In2Focus also provides the data management services on an outsourcing basis, analysing data and trends and providing feedback reports to approximately 25 small to medium drug companies in the UK who do not have the analyst resources in-house to do so.
"There is a large potential market out there for our data management services and as more small to medium companies become aware of the services we offer, we expect our customer base to grow," said Roots.
