Benson Medica sets up one-stop pharma printing shop

Benson Medica, part of UK industrial packaging group Benson, is ready to roll-out pharmaceutical labelling at its facility in Crewe.

 

Recently installed a seven-colour Gallus press unit at the facility, bringing the production of pharmaceutical cartons, information leaflets and labels together in a single business group.

 

Benson has also added a sophisticated barcode monitoring device, the ScanTech VisionTrack rewind and inspection machine, capable of assessing labelling operations while production runs are being carried out.
