After three acquisitions in two months, inVentiv Health has now
expanded capacity in two of its divisions to meet the needs of its
jump in client base.

Promotech, a division of inVentiv Commercial that provides marketing support services to the pharma industry, has doubled the amount of space it has available in its literature warehouse and fulfillment centre in Louisville, Colorado, after opening an additional 19,500 square feet.

The division is now also expanding its print services ability to provide expedited product information (PI) printing, high quantity form production and expanded 4-color print production, said the company.

"By enhancing our warehouse and fulfillment centre, we can now provide more marketing solutions to our healthcare clients," said Warren Merlino, VP and MD of Promotech.

The second division to experience a growth spurt is GSW Worldwide, a part of inVentiv Communications, and one of the largest healthcare advertising agencies in the world.

The division will open a new office in Newtown, Pennsylvania and will create 20-25 new jobs, said the company.

"Across all of our GSW Worldwide locations, we've experienced tremendous growth over the past six months, and this new office is a result of that expansion," said Phil Deschamps, president and CEO of GSW Worldwide.

"Three years ago we strengthened our East Coast presence by opening an office in Manhattan, which today houses more than 80 employees. Now, we're taking the next step by opening an office in Pennsylvania that will allow us to better serve our growing client base in that region."

Amidst these expansions, InVentiv will no doubt be looking to increase profitability within the company after its fourth quarter results saw its profits dive by 37 per cent.
