Evolution is collaborating with C&QP to offer a more comprehensive range of GMP services to clients, covering plant and equipment qualification, calibration and maintenance.

Companies seeking guidance through the compliance and quality standards process should benefit from the expanded range of services, which draw upon the complementary expertise of the collaborators.

Compliance and Quality Partners (C&QP) core competency is in helping clients build and improve good manufacturing practice (GMP) quality and compliance programs, whereas Evolution Scientific is an ISO registered technical service provider for equipment and instrumentation.

Joseph Morwald, president of Evolution, said: "This is a great opportunity for both companies. Not only do we gain the ability to offer each other's services, we can rely on each others expertise, reliability and integrity in the industry to offer the most comprehensive solutions at all levels of our customer's organisations.”

As a result of the collaboration Evolution’s clients will gain access to the long-term GMP compliance programmes and short-term issue resolutions that C&QP specialises in.

This spans all technical and quality aspects relating to drug development, chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) preparation and regulatory pre-approval inspections.

When a process or product quality problem is identified C&QP will attempt to investigate it, determine the root cause and identify the corrective actions that must be enacted.

This range of expertise will now be supplemented by Evolution’s specialisation, which stems from its ISO 9001:2008 registration and knowledge of calibration and metrology, maintenance, repair and validation of equipment and instrumentation.
