Appointments at Kendle, INC, AAIPharma and ClinTec – People on the move

Outsourcing-Pharma presents its latest round up of movements in the pharma outsourcing sector, including appointments at Kendle, INC, AAIPharma and ClinTec.

Kendle ​has named Sally Osmond ​as vice president (VP), Europe, Middle East and Africa. Osmond has more than 30 years of clinical trial management experience gained at companies including Quintiles and UCTi.

Hans-Peter Guler ​has joined INC Research​ as VP, clinical development of endocrine. Guler joins INC from Phenomix and has also worked at Regeneron, Chiron and Ciba-Geigy during his 20 year career in clinical research.

AAIPharma Services ​has appointed Tim Martin ​as EVP of sales and marketing. Martin has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, including a period at Cardinal Health.

Rob Goshert ​has also joined the company as VP of corporate accounts. Goshert has worked at companies including LyphoMed, Fujisawa USA and Gensia Sicor during his 30 year career.

ClinTec International ​has strengthened its US presence by hiring Dianne Kikta ​as EVP. Kikta is based in the Philadelphia area and worked at Wyeth for 20 years, most recently as VP of global clinical strategic sourcing.

Bernard Galat ​has been hired by CIT ​to lead its expansion into the US. Galat joins CIT as VP business development, North America having previously worked at Xceleron, Parexel and Carestat.

Clondalkin Group ​has named Mark Rooney ​as chief operating officer for its specialist packaging group. Rooney has experience in the pharma and healthcare sectors and will support Clondalkin’s growth plans within these sectors.

Laureate Pharma ​has hired Steven Johnson ​as vice president (VP), business development. Johnson joins from Lonza and has also worked at Degussa Fine Chemicals and Merck & Co.

Oso BioPharmaceuticals Manufacturing ​has appointed Susan Schniepp ​as vice president of quality. Schniepp previously served as chair of the monograph development-psychiatrics and psychoactives expert committee for the US Pharmacopeia.
