Clinical software developer, Forte Research Systems, has opened a new office in Bangalore, India, to take advantage of growth in the clinical research industry on the sub-continent.

Headed by director of operations, Shamiq Hussain, the new office will introduce itself to the clinical research community in Bangalore with a workshop to showcase its software products.

“The clinical research industry in India has matured and is now poised for further growth,” said Hussain.

“I believe that Forte Research Systems has entered the market at the right time and I am confident we will be able to continue the successful journey that began in the US,” he added.

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, Forte Research Systems claim the company's flagship product, OnCore, is the most widely adopted clinical research platform among cancer centres and academic research organisations.
