BNC adds new consultants in China

BioNano Consulting (BNC) has signed up two new experts as part of an effort to build its presence in China.

The firm, which provides pharmaceutical and life science firms with consulting services, has agreed consultancy deals with Professors George Guo-Qiang Chen and Quan-Shui Zheng from Tsinghua University.

BNC’s CEO, Dr David Sarphie, said: “[the new consultants] bring further high level scientific expertise to our microbiological and nano technological service offering. Consequently, we look forward to providing access to their extensive research and development skills and running projects for the benefit of the Chinese life science market.”

Professors Chen and Zheng join the firm as part of a wider global expansion program that, last year, saw the London School of Pharmacy and Imperial College London JV launch its business in the US.
