IMS Health buys DecisionView to add enrolment planning tool
IMS Health has bought DecisionView to add patient recruitment planning software to its healthcare unit.
Buying San Francisco-based DecisionView gives IMS Health the web-based software StudyOptimizer for forecasting and tracking patient enrolment into clinical trials. IMS Health will make the system part of its healthcare business which offers outcomes research, trial optimisation, and other services.
