This week, for example, there are shows taking place in Bologna, Boston, Manchester, Orlando, Tokyo and Nuremberg.
A wide range of pharmaceutical industry-relevant topics - everything from patient recruitment in clinical trials and packaging to biotechnology and tabletting - will be discussed.
But, while we hope all of the events go well and are productive for attendees, for us this week is all about Interphex in New York.
The in-Pharmatechnologist.com team has come to the Big Apple to join the 11,000 plus delegates and hundreds of expected exhibitors to see all the cutting edge drug manufacturing and processing platforms on display.
The Interphex team has also put together another excellent conference programme this year.
Presentations will cover the latest developments in drug production technology - from single-use biomanufacturing and endotoxin testing to QbD, PAT and regulatory affairs - and provide a lively forum for debate.
We will be posting updates over the next three days (see below) so be sure to check back when you can.
