TFS Sees Increase in Modularization, Shorter Construction Timelines
Biopharma companies are looking for more pre-fabrication of their facilities and to be able to expedite construction and meet tighter timelines, an expert told Outsourcing-Pharma.com.
“One of the things that makes us different from the rest of the contractors is that we’re a national contractor with the ability to take on large scope projects” to respond to the needs of a client, TFS’ (Total Facilities Solutions) Jose Garcia told us at Interphex in New York City last month.
TFS is a contractor for the biopharma industry, with a specialty in high-purity piping.
“Our ability to move along with technology,” to be able to give the client what they need in terms of detailing, drafting and design to detect any coordination issues within a building results in better timelines, he said. "Technologically speaking, we’re at the forefront."
