Head-hunters RSA, who recruit permanent and interim executives for life science companies, have announced three senior appointments.
Susan Macdonald has been made director of channels and global partners at the company’s headquarters in Hertfordshire, UK. She returns from three years as MD of RSA Singapore, and a stint in China working for RSA Foster Partners, a joint venture with a local executive search firm.
In her new job she will focus on future partnerships with other recruitment companies.
Doris Chin will take over Susan Macdonald’s former duties in the new role of Director of RSA Asia. Chin previously worked for Ken Clark Partners, a recruitment firm for scientific industries.
Paul Foster returned this month as a consultant to RSA, where he worked from 2001 to 2004. In the meantime, he lectured Masters students on regulation for TOPRA, the Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs.
