Oriola-KD
Karsten Slotte has rejected his nomination as chairman by Oriola-KD and will stand down from its board of directors after the 2014 Annual General Meeting.
A nomination committee for the Swedish pharmaceutical wholesaler had recommended Slotte be elected as Chairman in its stock exchange release on 30 January 2014. It will now redraft its proposal, said the company.
Slotte is also a director of the Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and CEO of Fazer, a Finnish food giant.
