EUSA Pharma
Nascent UK start-up EUSA Pharma has appointed Lee Morley CEO. He joins the company from Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where he was Vice President, Head of Commercial for Europe and international markets.
At Jazz, he was responsible for the original EUSA Pharma business following its acquisition in 2012, until the launch of EUSA as an independent company in March 2015.
Morley has also held senior positions in sales and marketing at MSD, including UK National Sales Manager.
Göran Ando, Novo Nordisk Chairman, will join EUSA’s board as a Non-Executive Director.
Bryan Morton, who founded EUSA and was its first CEO, will become Executive Chairman.
The firm’s specialty products include Caphosol for oral mucositis (a side effect of cancer treatment), Collatamp, a surgical implant which delivers the antibiotic gentamicin, Custodiol solution for preserving transplanted organs; and Xenazine
for movement disorders associated with Huntington's chorea.
