Johnson & Johnson has appointed to its board Mary Berckerle, CEO of Huntsman Cancer Institute. She will serve on the company’s Science, Technology & Sustainability Committee.
Berckerle has been a Director of Huntsman Cancer Institute since 2006, and was appointed in 2009 as Associate Vice President for Cancer Affairs at the University of Utah.
She has also served on the NIH (National Institutes of Health) Advisory Committee to the Director and as the Chair of the American Cancer Society Council for Extramural Grants.
