Valeant
Howard Schiller is resigning as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President of Valeant Pharmaceuticals.
He will continue on the company’s board and work as a $2,500-a-month consultant to Valeant.
Schiller became CFO in December 2011, following 24 years at Goldman Sachs, where he rose to Chief Operating Officer for investment banking.
