CEO of Bioclinica John Hubbard joins board of ACRO as 2017 Chairman

The CEO and president of Bioclinica has been elected to the board of directors of the Association of Clinical Research Organizations (ACRO) as Chairman for 2017.

ACRO provides services that support the development of new pharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical devices for the whole CRO industry, with member companies accounting for over two thirds of global contract clinical research revenue.

Hubbard became CEO of Bioclinica last January, a CRO which offers a network of research sites for patient recruitment and a Post-Approval Research division from its headquarters in Pennsylvania, US.

He has previously held positions as Senior VP and Worldwide Head of Development Operations for Pfizer, and Group President of ICON plc's Global Clinical Research Services Division.(Image: Business Wire)
