Marketing activities and data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud are now available in Veeva CRM. Additionally, all Veeva CRM data and multichannel interactions, including Veeva CRM Approved Email, Veeva CLM, and Veeva CRM Suggestions, flow directly into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

According to the cloud-based software provider, integrating Veeva CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud allows information to be shared between the solutions – thus, providing a more complete view of customer engagement.
“Now life sciences customers that use both cloud solutions can have full visibility into face-to-face and digital interactions so they can deliver a cohesive and consistent experience to healthcare professionals,” the company said.
Earlier this year Veeva also announced a new cloud application to speed regulatory submission delivery via “continuous publishing.”
John Lawrie, VP, Vault RIM Strategy at Veeva told us at the time that the solution speeds the process “by performing publishing activities earlier, during the content development process rather than waiting until the end after documents are fully approved.”
