Elligo Health Research
The clinical research infrastructure (CRI) provider has hired Rebecca Kush, Ph.D. as scientific innovation officer.
Kush is the founder and prior president and CEO of the Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) where she worked for 20 years.
In starting her new role, Kush told us: “Elligo provides a very exciting opportunity, realizing a new model for engaging physicians and patients who would otherwise not be able to participate in clinical research.”
“Ultimately, Elligo will dramatically improve the entire clinical research data flow, beginning at the intersection of healthcare, to enable a learning health system for the benefit of all of us,” she said.
Kush has also worked for the US National Institutes of Health (NIH), academia, and a global contract research organization (CRO) as well as US and Japanese pharmaceutical companies.
