Vetter has begun construction on a new administration building following a €100m ($107m) investment earlier this year to expand its visual inspection and logistics center.

According to the global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), the new building is scheduled to be completed by the middle of 2019.“This new office building represents yet another milestone in our strategy for growth,” said Vetter Managing Director Thomas Otto in a press release.Upon completion, the new building will span 269,000 square feet.Earlier this year, the company began operations at its expanded visual inspection and logistics center in Ravensburg. The addition – which cost approximately €100m ($107m) – more than doubled the company’s capacity for quality control, cold-storage, and room-temperature storage.
