CRF Health
CRF has made two executive level appointments, with Neil Conroy (image left) joining as VP of business transformation, and Daniella Mulder (image right) as VP of client relations.
“As vice president, client relations, my goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and become their trusted, strategic eCOA partner in this rapidly growing space,” Mulder told us. “I am confident we will achieve this goal by capitalizing on the in-depth eCOA knowledge and broad industry experience across therapeutic areas that my team and I bring to the table, aligned with CRF Health’s strategic initiatives for 2018.”
In his role, Conroy told us he will seek to build on the 2018 strategy for CRF Health of “simplify, service, scale.”
“A key part of the transformation process will ensure an enhanced model in terms of service delivery, to provide scalable, flexible models to meet existing and emerging business demand. Lean Six Sigma is our platform for achieving this,” he said.
“Our goal is to build internal capability within CRF and to implement an operating model which enables a step change in quality, reliability and speed to our client base. CRF Health is now much more than a technology company,” Conroy said.
The platform incorporates wireless devices such as tablets, handhelds, wearables, and cloud-based applications.
“We know we’re making a difference and advancing science with these solutions that help contribute to the ultimate goal of enabling longer and fuller lives for healthier and happier people,” added Conroy. “I am excited to be part of the team increasing CRF Health’s visibility and scientific contribution across the globe.
