Yourway sets up a new EU-based location to provide storage and distribution services, including secondary packaging capabilities, as Brexit uncertainties abound.

The new located is situated 40 minutes from the Vienna, Austria airport in Bratislava, Slovakia.

According to the courier and clinical packaging company, this location will help ensure ‘uninterrupted support’ for its customer’s clinical trials in the UK and mainland Europe – in the event that the UK leaves the EU or a no-deal Brexit occurs.

“The new location in Europe mitigates the uncertainty of Brexit for our clients, in order to service their clinical trial needs,” said Yourway President and Founder, Gulam Jaffer, in a statement.

Among the company’s offerings includes qualified person (QP) release services, which are required by Clinical Trial Directive 2001/20/EC and Annex 13 to the European GMP Guide.

Said Jaffer, “Through our Project Managers and QP release personnel, and use of our global network of GMP depots, we can assure safe and timely delivery of clinical trial materials to patients.”
