CPhI Pharma Awards recognize industry achievements
Since 2003, the CPhI Pharma Awards have been handed out to recognize outstanding achievements in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical fields. According to event organizers, the award categories are designed to commemorate individuals, teams and organizations that have demonstrated a commitment to “driving the industry forward.”
The CPhI Awards program includes 14 categories, including the newly added “Excellence in Pharma: Innovation in Response to COVID-19” category.
According to head of content Tara Dougal, the 2020 awards come during a time of significant challenges and creativity.
“This year has been a truly ground-breaking year for innovation in the pharmaceutical industry as demonstrated by the quality of the entries for the CPhI Pharma Awards covering all parts of the pharmaceutical supply chain,” she commented, “The judges have tirelessly worked to ensure that all award submissions and their merits were thoroughly evaluated, and I’d like to thank them for all their efforts.”
The awards were judged by a panel of pharma and biopharma industry experts from around the world. Event organizers selected the members of the panel based on their knowledge, objectivity and credibility.
