Normaco: New strategic partnership
James Mish, president and CEO said it has been an exciting six months for the company.
“We are looking to transform Normaco and release its full potential into the marketplace,” he said.
As part of the company’s strategic growth initiative Mish explained it will expand its geographical footprint into Eastern Europe, West Pacific, and Latin America.
Mish said the expansion is “the heart” of its new business model to improve customers’ time to market.
Normaco is also expanding its portfolio and has initiated five new programs in the past five months.
As part of this, the company announced its new strategic partnership with Teewinot Life Sciences for the biocatalytic production of cannabinoids and analogs.
Additionally, Mish announced two patent awards for differentiated processes to produce cannbinidoil and delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol.
“Domestic production of THC and CBD will commence when federal permitting is complete,” he said.
