ISP launches excipient website
ISP Pharmaceuticals hopes its new excipient focussed web resource will help the drug industry formulate “the next generation” pharmaceuticals.
The site, www.isppharmaceuticals.com, is designed to provide drugmakers with information on all the excipients that International Specialty Products (ISP) sells, from binders and disintegrants to coatings and solubilizers.
It also features what ISP calls a “Tech Library” of technical brochures, presentations and published articles documenting the performance each technology to help drugmakers make better formulation decisions.
ISP spokesperson Ann Druffner explained that timely access to information is critical in the drug development laboratory and suggested that: “[the] new website provides pharmaceutical scientists with immediate access to the resources, technical information and technical solutions.”
