TKL expands in Europe through equity stake in German CRO
US-based CRO TKL Research has taken an equity position in proinnovera GmbH to expand its presence and capabilities in Europe.
proinnovera GmbH is a contract research organisation (CRO) based in Munster, Germany. Taking an equity position in the company gives TKL a presence in Europe which it will use to serve US-based sponsors looking to perform Phase I to IV trials in the region.
TKL focuses on enrolment-driven Phase I to IV trials. proinnovera GmbH has similar approach to clinical trials and this will allow TKL to provide clients with “seamless study management and expanded capabilities”, said Robert Reardon, executive vice president of TKL.
