Sigma & BASF ink excipient deal to target academia
Sigma-Aldrich is repackaging certain BASF pharmaceutical excipients to make them available for the academic research and development sector.
Various grades of BASF binders, coatings and solubilizers will be put into small pack sizes by Sigma-Aldrich for distribution to universities and laboratories. Entering into the global distribution deal makes BASF excipients available in quantities that suit the needs of researchers.
