Santarus outsources diabetes sales support to inVentiv
inVentiv Health is providing sales support, recruiting and automation services to Santarus for its type 2 diabetes products.
Santarus and inVentiv have worked together in the past. inVentiv is now providing recruiting and sales force automation services to help Santarus with its prescription type 2 diabetes business.
“We intend to increase call frequency and share of voice with our called-on physicians, as well as improve sales representative efficiency by reducing territory size and increasing the number of sales calls made each day”, Gerry Proehl, president and CEO of Santarus, said.
