ChromaDex
Former GSK exec Jeff Baxter has been appointed to the board of Chromadex as an independent director.
ChromaDex makes ingredients for the pharmaceutical industry as well as nutritional and cosmetic sector.
Baxter, 53, is also President and CEO and of VBI Vaccines. He was previously a managing partner at the venture capital firm The Column Group, which has launched several biotech and vaccine companies.
Baxter began his pharma career with 19 years spent at GSK, most recently within R&D Finance and Operations, including SROne, GSK's in-house $125m venture capital fund.
Before GSK, he worked at Unilever and British American Tobacco.
